She's documented with the 428 Cobra Jet Engine, C6 Heavy Duty Automatic Transmission, Shelby Equipment, Correct Colors, 8 Track Stereo, Tilt away Steering Column, Fold Down Rear Seat, Factory Air Conditioning, Rim Blow Horns.
The under hood A/C unit and the Smog Sytem were restored but never put back in the car. See pictures. Yes, if these units are re installed the cars value takes a big jump. The smog system alone cost him almost $10,000.00. Stored in bubble wrap. The automatic tilt away steering column works off of vacuum and is all there but not working. You can push the lever and push it aside with your finger. Ok, there's more. When he purchased this beauty years ago it was supposed to have the original 428 Cobra Jet Engine. During the total restorations the shop noticed it was not even a 428. It was a 390!! So, the current owner sourced a correct 428 Cobra Jet Engine Block and paid his machine shop to build the engine from scratch according to Cobra Jet Specs. Yes, Cobra Jet Heads Too. Everything new or restored! You can hear how beautifully it runs. Strong performer for sure. This type of real information is what we are known for.
Great news - This California Shelby has never been rusted and retains all of it's original, pristine body panels and floors.
